Knights Academy School Improvement Board (SIB)
To support James Hadley, Principal, and his senior leadership team, with effect from 8th July 2026, the Trust Board have approved the commencement of a School Improvement Board (SIB) to replace the Local Governing Body (LGB). The SIB will be chaired by Jan Shadick, CEO, and will be in place for one academic year.
The SIB and the Trust Board will continue to ensure Governance responsibilities are met, and there will be a particular focus on school improvement. The Trust have implemented SIBs in some of our other schools as they go through a period of change.
